Refund policy

Items purchased from Nestore Vintage can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way. Returns must be made exclusively by post. Sale items and items categorized as defective are not eligible for a refund request. Shipping costs incurred by Nestore Vintage will be deducted when your order exceeds 105 euros or during any promotional operation offering free shipping, as well as packaging and labor costs. Processing your return

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method (used at the time of purchase). The refund will be processed within 14 days. You will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
